CSI History

The roots of Automotivaters go back to 1987 when Larry Smith started a sales training company called ISI International.

At the same time Gary Weidner and Gary Fisher had a competing training company called P.A.L. Performance Group.

The friendly competitors combined training materials, accountability tools, and human resources in 1995 and merged to form ISI / P.A.L. Automotivaters Inc.
