With over 25 years of automotive experience and knowledge, Philippe has been involved in most aspects of dealership and OEM training. As a fully bilingual (English/French) trainer and facilitator, Phil is in high demand throughout North America. He also brings prior experience in the broadcast industry to his dynamic style of public speaking, making him equally comfortable and at ease with large groups as he is with one-on-one coaching and instruction.
Over his career, Phil has established and managed a team of first class facilitators, as well as designing and facilitating large-scale training programs, interactive live-to-satellite broadcasts, webinars, and video productions for hundreds of Product Knowledge and Skills Training courses.
For the last 15 years, Phil has been the lead facilitator for in-dealer sales, service, and management training from coast-to-coast in Canada for two prominent luxury and performance manufacturers.
In his spare time, Phil maintains an active lifestyle and indulges in his passion for travel, scuba diving, and skiing. Philippe and his wife Barbara and their two now-adult daughters have called Toronto, ON home for the last 30 years.
